privacy and terms.

Simple policies for the VARCHAS Strength Complete Kit. These terms cover browsing, optional checkout follow-up and orders.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Defective products will be made right.

Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not offered. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from what was advertised, contact support within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

A claim must include the order number, clear original photographs of the packaging, complete item and reported defect, plus one continuous original video that clearly shows the item and issue. Keep the packaging and affected item until the review is complete.

After verification, VARCHAS Strength will arrange a replacement of the affected item at no additional product or delivery cost. If replacement is unavailable, or another remedy is required by applicable consumer law, an appropriate refund or other lawful remedy will be provided.

Seasoned wood naturally varies in density and moisture. A 1 kg or 3 kg mudgar may be 100–300 g lighter or heavier than its marked weight; a 5 kg or 7 kg mudgar may be 100–500 g lighter or heavier. Variation within these ranges is normal and is not considered a defect. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Natural grain, shade and small visual variations are normal characteristics of wood and are not defects unless they affect safe use or the promised product specifications.

Evidence that is fabricated, AI-generated, materially edited, reused from another claim or deliberately misleading will invalidate the claim. Serious or repeated attempted fraud may result in future claims or orders being refused and may be addressed through lawful channels.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Clear delivery expectations.

Estimated delivery is 5–8 days after order confirmation. Remote-area, weather, courier or force-majeure delays can occasionally extend this estimate; customers will be informed when a material delay is known.

Delivery is free. Customers are responsible for entering a complete address, correct PIN code, reachable phone number and useful nearby landmark.

If an order is returned because the address or phone number was incorrect or unreachable, redelivery charges may apply. Orders that are lost or damaged in transit will be investigated and resolved in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

PRIVACY

Your checkout data and choices.

The storefront may collect first-party visit and purchase-button analytics using a random browser identifier. It does not use that identifier to discover your real-world identity.

Checkout details are saved on this browser for up to seven days so you can return without starting again. Email and password sign-in uses Supabase. Email confirmation is required; phone numbers are collected for delivery, without phone OTP. Secure login cookies may keep you signed in for up to 30 days, subject to session expiry. After verification, checkout details are stored securely to prepare your order. Hashed sign-in attempt records are retained briefly to prevent abuse. Passwords are handled by Supabase, not stored in our checkout database. Clearing browser storage removes the local checkout draft.

At checkout, information such as name, phone number, email and delivery address is used for payment, order confirmation, delivery and support. Precise location is optional and is requested only to improve delivery accuracy.

If you actively tick the checkout follow-up box, VARCHAS Strength may save the phone number or email you entered, your name if provided, your selected kit and checkout stage even if you do not sign in or purchase. This information is used only to help you complete that checkout by phone, WhatsApp or email. Your address and precise location are not stored in this sales-lead record. Untick the follow-up box on the same browser to remove its saved lead. You can also request withdrawal or deletion at support@varchasstrength.com, including for details saved on another device. Contact details entered without verification may contain mistakes; they are not proof of identity.

TERMS OF USE

Safe training and honest purchasing.

Published dimensions are nominal measurements in inches. Length means the full height from the top of the handle to the bottom; width means the diameter across the base. Height may be 1–2 inches shorter or taller than the published measurement. Base width, grain and shade may also vary slightly because each mudgar is made from natural seasoned wood. This does not remove your rights where a product is defective or materially differs from its description.

Prices, availability and introductory discounts may change before an order is placed. The complete payable amount, including delivery charges and GST treatment, is shown before payment.

Mudgar training involves physical effort and swinging equipment. Use clear space, begin with a manageable weight, follow qualified instruction and stop if you feel sharp pain or loss of control. Product information is general guidance and is not medical advice.

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with analytics or availability, submit false information, or copy protected branding and content without permission.

Sales follow-up is optional and applies only when the customer ticks the consent box beside their contact details. Continuing to browse or merely reading these terms does not grant follow-up permission.

These policies do not exclude or reduce any non-waivable rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
